I’m Danielle Carucci, BSN, RN, a legal nurse consultant with a clinical background in labor and delivery and emergency nursing. Through Labor to Legal, I help attorneys better understand the medical story behind complex cases by providing clear, organized, and practical clinical insight.

My experience in labor and delivery has given me a strong foundation in maternal assessment, fetal monitoring, labor progression, nursing documentation, and high-acuity obstetric care. My emergency nursing background adds additional perspective in fast-paced clinical settings where rapid assessment, communication, and documentation are critical.

I understand how overwhelming medical records can feel when they are dense, unfamiliar, or clinically complex. My role is to help attorneys cut through that complexity by identifying key events, organizing the sequence of care, and translating nursing and medical issues into language that is easier to evaluate and use.
